§ 15-9-103. Department To Use Records In Equalizing

Department to use records in equalizing. The department shall use the abstract and all other information it may gain from the records of the county clerk and recorder or elsewhere in equalizing the assessment of the property of each county and shall enter in the property tax record any property that has not been assessed.
