§ 81-2-103. Adoption Of Rules
Adoption of rules. The department shall adopt and enforce rules for the inspection and tuberculin testing of dairy cattle or other animals and for the inspection, testing, treatment, or disposition of livestock or other animals affected with or which may have been exposed to infectious, contagious, communicable, or dangerous disease and for the quarantines provided for in this chapter or 81-20-101 .
