§ 75-3-607. Radon Control Account

Radon control account. (1) There is a radon control account in the state special revenue fund. There must be deposited in the account all money received from any loans, grants, or other funds or gifts, conditional or otherwise, in furtherance of this part that are received from public or private sources, except for money received from the federal government. (2) Funds in the account are allocated to the department for the purpose of funding the costs of implementing and operating the program established under this part.
