§ 61-3-346. County Motor Vehicle Computer Committee

County motor vehicle computer committee. (1) There is a county motor vehicle computer committee. (2) The committee is allocated to the department of justice for administrative purposes only as provided in 2-15-121 . (3) The committee consists of: (a) an employee of the department of justice information technology division, appointed by the attorney general; (b) two county treasurers, appointed by the Montana county treasurers association; and (c) two employees of the department of justice, appointed by the attorney general.
