§ 31-4-120. Joint And Several Liability For Costs
Joint and several liability for costs. A litigation financer is jointly and severally liable for any award or order imposing or assessing costs or monetary sanctions against a consumer or a party's legal representative arising from or relating to any civil action, administrative proceeding, claim, or cause of action for which the litigation financer is providing litigation financing.
