§ 3-1-1107. Action By Supreme Court
Action by supreme court. (1) The supreme court shall review the record of the proceedings and shall make such determination as it finds just and proper and may: (a) order censure, suspension, removal, or retirement of a judicial officer; or (b) wholly reject the recommendation. (2) Any hearing conducted before the supreme court relative to a recommendation by the commission, together with all papers pertaining to such recommendation, shall be accessible to the public.
