§ 23-2-655. Maintenance Of Rental Snowmobiles
Maintenance of rental snowmobiles. A person who engages in the business of renting snowmobiles to another shall: (1) maintain rental snowmobiles in a safe condition; and (2) offer each renter instructions in the mechanical operation of the rental snowmobile.
