§ 20-4-112. Access To Materials -- Superintendent Of Public Instruction

Access to materials -- superintendent of public instruction. The superintendent of public instruction has access to all material considered by or available to the school or school district that may be relevant to an allegation that a teacher, administrator, or specialist has engaged in conduct described in 20-4-110 (1)(e) or (1)(f) or that may lead to the discovery of relevant evidence.
