§ 88.087. Street grading — report of commissioners, contents.

The report of the commissioners to the circuit court shall be in writing and under oath, and filed by the clerk thereof, and the damages allowed to and the benefits assessed against each lot of ground, and the owner or owners thereof, shall be separately stated.
