The adjutant general of Missouri is hereby authorized to present, in the name of the state of Missouri, a Missouri adjutant general staff identification badge, which is of suitable design as may be determined by the adjutant general of Missouri, and is neither an award nor decoration, but is a distinguished mark of service on the adjutant general's staff.
