§ 392.475. Prohibition of resale, when.

Consistent with the federal Telecommunications Act of 1996, including implementing regulations, the commission shall prohibit the resale of a telecommunications service available at retail only to designated categories of subscribers to different categories of subscribers, including a prohibition on the resale of services provided to residential customers to business customers.
