§ 311.557. License, revocation.

After notice and opportunity for a hearing, the supervisor may revoke or suspend the license of any manufacturer, out-state solicitor or wholesale dealer who fails to comply with the provisions of sections 311.553 and 311.555.  No new or renewal license shall be granted to a person who fails to comply with sections 311.553 and 311.555.
