§ 306.035. Certificate of title, form of.
The form of the certificate of title prescribed by section 306.030 shall be set by the director of revenue, and the certificate of title shall be issued as nearly as practicable as certificates of title for outboard motors are issued under the provisions of sections 306.530 to 306.575.
