§ 301.112. Service agent obtaining certificate of ownership for owner, definition.

For the purpose of sections 301.112 to 301.119, "motor vehicle title service agent" shall be deemed to mean any person who acts as an agent for a fee in obtaining a certificate of ownership of a motor vehicle.
