§ 204.322. Board of trustees, rules and regulations.

The board of trustees of a district, other than a district described in section 204.320, may pass all necessary rules and regulations for the proper management and conduct of the business of the board of trustees, and the district, and for carrying into effect the objects for which the district is formed.
