§ 108.528. Violations, effect.
Failure by an issuer to report in accordance with the provisions of section 108.526, or otherwise to abide by the terms of sections 108.500 to 108.532, may, at the discretion of the director, result in the forfeiture of future allocations for private activity bonds.
