§ 107.120. Additional testimony may be taken.

Testimony in addition to that of such sureties may be required by the officer or court passing upon the sufficiency of such bonds; and when required it shall in every case be endorsed on or attached to the bond, subscribed by the witness or witnesses giving it, and duly attested.
