§ 9.042. April 15, Jackie Robinson Day.

April fifteenth of each year shall be designated as "Jackie Robinson Day" in Missouri.  The citizens of this state are encouraged to observe the day in honor of Jackie Robinson, the first African-American to play major league baseball.
