§ 41.680. Members of organized militia exempt from civil process, when.

No person belonging to, or on duty with, the organized militia of the state, or engaged in the performance of militia duty on call of the governor, shall be arrested on any civil process while going to, remaining at or returning from any place at which he may be required to attend for militia duty.
