§ 393.841. Voting districts may be provided, when, procedure.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the bylaws may provide that the territory in which a company supplies wastewater services may be divided into two or more voting districts for the purpose of properly distributing its directors over the area in which its members reside. In such case the bylaws shall prescribe the manner in which such voting districts shall function in the election of directors at annual meetings.
