§ 217.320. Identification systems, officers not liable for acts done in enforcing law.

No one having the custody of any offender, and no one acting in his aid or under his direction, and no one concerned in such publication shall incur any liability, civil or criminal, for anything lawfully done under the provisions of section 217.315.
