§ 192.2250. Rulemaking authority.

The department shall promulgate reasonable standards and regulations for adult day care programs.  The standards and regulations shall relate to licensure requirements, staffing requirements, program policies and participant care requirements, participant right requirements, record keeping requirements, fire safety requirements and physical plant requirements.
