§ 83-11-239. Revocation of agent’s registration.

The commissioner may suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew any club agent’s registration for any of the following causes: If the club agent violated any of the provisions or requirements of this article; If the club agent has misappropriated, converted to his own use, or has illegally withheld monies required to be held in the fiduciary capacity; If the club agent has materially misrepresented the terms or effect of any contract or has engaged in any fraudulent transaction; If in the conduct of his affairs he has shown himself to be incompetent, untrustworthy, or a source of injury and loss to the automobile club service-buying public; If the club agent has been convicted after registration of a crime involving moral turpitude.
