§ 77-9-189. Adoption and change of gauge.
All railroads hereafter constructed in this state may adopt such gauge for their respective roads as the stockholders may determine. Any railroad company, the gauge of whose road is not the standard, may change the gauge to the standard gauge whenever a majority of the capital stock of the company, voted at any regular meeting of the stockholders, may direct.
