§ 75-76-221. Eligibility requirements for limited partnerships.

In order to be eligible to receive a state gaming license, a limited partnership shall: Be formed under the laws of this state; Maintain an office of the limited partnership on the licensed premises; Comply with all of the requirements of the laws of this state pertaining to limited partnerships; and Maintain a ledger in the principal office of the limited partnership in this state which must: At all times reflect the ownership of all interests in the limited partnership; and Be available for inspection by the commission or the executive director or his employees at all reasonable times without notice.
