§ 75-29-805. Fees [Repealed effective July 1, 2020].

The board shall assess a fee in the following amount and for the following purpose: Annual bottled drinking water certification fee. . . . .$200.00 Any increase in the fee charged by the board under this section shall be in accordance with the provisions of Section 41-3-65.
