§ 73-21-93. Examination; frequency and location; scope; facilities [Repealed effective July 1, 2020].
The examination for licensure required under Section 73-21-85 shall be given by the board at least once during each year. The board shall determine the content and subject matter of each examination, the place, time and date of the administration of the examination and those persons who have successfully passed the examination. The examination shall be prepared to measure the competence of the applicant to engage in the practice of pharmacy. The board may employ and cooperate with any organization or consultant in the preparation and grading of an appropriate examination, but shall retain the sole discretion and responsibility of determining which applicants have successfully passed such an examination. The board shall have authority to use the laboratories of the school of pharmacy and other facilities of the University of Mississippi for the purpose of examining applicants.
