§ 47-7-15. Seal of board;
The board shalladopt an official seal of which the courts shall take judicial notice.Decisions of the board shall be made by majority vote. The board shallkeep a record of its acts and shall notify each institution of itsdecisions relating to the persons who are or have been confined therein.At the close of each fiscal year the board shall submit to the Governorand to the Legislature a report with statistical and other data ofits work.
