[Laws, 2003, ch. 529, § 36; Laws, 2011, ch. 428, § 10, eff from and after July 1, 2011.] Editor’s Notes — Former § 27-19-56.88 [Laws, 2003, ch. 529, § 36; Laws, 2011, ch. 428, § 10, effective from and after July 1, 2011; Repealed by Laws, 2015, ch. 481, § 35, effective from and after July 1, 2015] provided for a special license tag or plate for Friends of the MED, Coahoma County. Amendment Notes — The 2011 amendment substituted “department” for “commission” at the end of the second sentence in (2); substituted “Mississippi Burn Care Fund” for “Mississippi Fire Fighters Memorial Burn Center Fund” in (4)(b); substituted “up to two (2) license decals” for “a month and year license decal” in the last sentence of (5); substituted “Department of Revenue” for “State Tax Commission” throughout the section; and made minor stylistic changes.
