§ 23-15-531. 2.

DRE units shall be arranged in the polling place in such a manner as to: Ensure the privacy of the elector while voting on the units; Allow monitoring of the units by the poll managers while the polls are open; and Permit the public and lawful poll watchers to observe the voting without affecting the privacy of the electors as they vote.
