§ 23-15-160. Repealed.

[Laws, 2000, ch. 430, § 5, eff from and after August 11, 2000 (the date the United States Attorney General interposed no objection under Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 to the enactment of this section.)] Editor’s Notes — Former § 23-15-160 required that the names of electors whose registration was cancelled under former § 23-15-159 be returned to registration books and pollbooks.
