§ 11-11-9. Actions against executors.

Executors, administrators or guardians, appointed in this state and residing out of it, may be sued in the county of their appointment and may be made parties to such suit so as to authorize judgment against them by publication of summons made as provided for in the case of absent and nonresident defendants. Actions against resident executors, administrators or guardians may be brought in the county or judicial district of their appointment.
