§ 366.183. AUTHORITY UNDER CHAPTER 462
Subject to any applicable general or special law or local ordinance, a town board that has adopted land use, zoning, and restrictions in a town under chapter 366 before March 19, 2022, shall have the same authority under chapter 462.
