§ 339.5519. Hearing.

Sec. 519.

If an informal conference under section 515(3) is not held or does not result in a resolution of a complaint, the department shall hold a hearing as authorized under section 92 of the administrative procedures act of 1969, MCL 24.292. A member of a board may attend a hearing under this section.
