§ 333.17743. Pharmacy license; contents; duration.
A pharmacy license shall contain the name of the licensee, the address of the place of practice, a description of the pharmacy and the premises thereof, and other information the board requires.
A pharmacy license is valid for 2 years, commencing on the date of issue and terminating on the date prescribed for pharmacists in section 16194.
