§ 457.152. Local assembly; body corporate and politic; name; powers; certified copy of articles and affidavit as evidence.
When the foregoing requirements are complied with, the local assembly shall be a body corporate and politic by the name expressed in such articles of association, and by that name shall be a person in law, capable of suing and being sued, and a copy of said articles of association and affidavit duly certified by the corporation and securities bureau of the department of commerce, shall be prima facie evidence in all the courts of this state of the existence and incorporation of said local assembly.
