§ 2310.. Dissolution

Any dissolution or liquidation of a corporation subject to this chapter must be conducted under the supervision of the superintendent, who has all power with respect thereto granted to the superintendent under Title 24-A with respect to the dissolution and liquidation of insurance companies.   [RR 2019, c. 2, Pt.
