§ RS 40:1544. Administration of federal funds

            The office of state fire marshal is designated as administrator for all federal fire training and education funds; however, this Section shall not prohibit local governmental subdivisions or Delgado Community College from applying for, receiving, and administering federal funds for fire training and education.
