68-705. Supervision of benefit-district road work. All work done and materials furnished shall be under the supervision and inspection of the county engineer or licensed professional engineer employed by the county and shall be in conformity with the plans and specifications and the contract. The acceptance of any work or material by such engineer shall not bind the county nor excuse the contractor for failure to comply with such contract.
