§ 42-3,107.

42-3,107. Abatement of structure as nuisance by sheriff; costs. It may be a part of the judgment in any such case that the structure in question be abated as a nuisance by the sheriff of the county wherein the structure may be, and the cost of such abatement shall be taxed by the court and judgment therefore given against the defendant.History: L. 1891, ch. 133, art. 8, § 19; May 20; R.S. 1923, 42-3,107.
