The judge, on motion of the accused person or on the judge's own motion, shall set aside a judgment if the complaint does not charge a violation of a county code or resolution, or if the court was without jurisdiction of the offense. The motion for setting aside the judgment shall be made within 10 days after the finding of guilty, or within such further time as the court may fix during the ten-day period.
