§ 19-3801a.

19-3801a. Inclusion of land located in another benefit district. Any land located within an improvement district created pursuant to K.S.A. 19-2753 et seq., and amendments thereto, shall not be included within the boundaries of any industrial district created pursuant to K.S.A. 19-3801 et seq., and amendments thereto, unless the governing body of such improvement district or industrial district approves the inclusion thereof.Nothing in this section shall be construed as providing a procedure for the detachment or deannexation of land located within the boundaries of an industrial district.History: L. 1997, ch. 143, § 11; May 8.
