8-1,121. Same; rules and regulations. The secretary of revenue is authorized to adopt rules and regulations in order to administer and enforce the provisions of K.S.A. 8-1,101 to 8-1,123, inclusive, and the terms and conditions of any proration fleet registration agreement, reciprocity agreement, contract, arrangement, consent or declaration made by the director of vehicles.History: L. 1978, ch. 30, § 27; January 1, 1979.
