The owner, lessee or operator of any mobile home park or the owner of any land which is not used as a mobile home park but where one or more mobile homes or manufactured homes are located who shall willfully and knowingly fail to submit a list of mobile homes or manufactured homes located or parked within such owner's, lessee's or operator's park or court in compliance with the provisions of K.S.A. 79-336, and amendments thereto, shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished in the manner provided by law.History: L. 1970, ch. 47, § 4; L. 1991, ch. 33, § 40; July 1.
