44-573. Rules and regulations; filing. The director of workers compensation may adopt and promulgate such rules and regulations as the director deems necessary for the purposes of administering and enforcing the provisions of the workers compensation act. The commissioner of insurance may adopt and promulgate such rules and regulations as the commissioner of insurance deems necessary for the purposes of administering the workers compensation fund and group-funded workers compensation pools.
