42-3,108. Same; payment of costs. In case execution for such costs be returned unsatisfied, the same shall be paid by the board of county commissioners of the county wherein the work was constructed; or, if the same was situate in two or more counties, then by the boards of commissioners of such counties, in ratable proportion as the court wherein conviction is had may direct.History: L. 1891, ch. 133, art. 8, § 20; May 20; R.S. 1923, 42-3,108.
