§ 99B.26. 99B.26 Game nights.
1. A licensed qualified organization may conduct one game night per calendar month subject to the provisions of this section. 2. A licensed qualified organization conducting a game night may do any of the following during the game night: a. Charge an entrance fee or a fee to participate in the games. b. Award cash or merchandise prizes in any games of skill, games of chance, casino-style games, or card games in an aggregate amount not to exceed ten thousand dollars and no participant shall win more than a total of five thousand dollars. c. Allow participants at the game night that do not have a bona fide social relationship with the sponsor of the game night. d. Allow participants to wager their own funds and pay an entrance or other fee for participation, but participants shall not be allowed to expend more than a total of two hundred fifty dollars for all fees and wagers. 3.
