§ 97A.11A. 97A.11A Supplemental state appropriation.

1. Beginning with the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2013, and ending June 30 of the fiscal year during which the board determines that the system’s funded ratio of assets to liabilities is at least eighty-five percent, there is appropriated from the general fund of the state for each fiscal year to the retirement fund described in section 97A.8, an amount equal to five million dollars. 2.
