§ 9.13. 9.13 Business administration fund.

1. A business administration fund is created in the state treasury under the control of the secretary. The fund is composed of moneys collected in surcharges implemented, assessed, and collected by the secretary pursuant to sections 9.14 and 9.15. 2. Moneys in the business administration fund are appropriated to the office of the secretary of state for the exclusive purpose of supporting the administration of Title XII. 3. Section 8.33 shall not apply to moneys in the fund.
