§ 48A.41. 48A.41 Voter registration maintenance audits — investigations.

1. The state registrar of voters shall conduct an audit of voter registration maintenance by each commissioner of registration in April of each odd-numbered year, on a schedule determined by the state registrar of voters. 2.
